Contract Terms

Our members tell us that our terms and conditions are among the best in the industry. In fact, even members who have gotten slightly better pricing than under our program, sign onto our contract because of the better terms. Some of these terms include the financial security of a parental guarantee from Centrica in the event Direct is unable to meet its supply obligations.

Also included in the contract are reasonable and member friendly credit terms, along with favorable terms for billing, payment and dispute resolution.
